Two sets, not one

Most mini sessions are twenty minutes against a single backdrop. These are 40, which is enough time to photograph two, and enough room for a small child to need a minute.

The tree

A decorated tree, warm lights, wrapped boxes underneath. The one that becomes the card.

The quiet set

Clean and bright, a few winter details and nothing else. It keeps the focus on faces, and it does not date.

Questions

How many people can be in the photographs?
Up to five. Larger groups are welcome, there is a small charge per extra person, and it is worth telling us when you book so the set is arranged for it.
When will we get them?
Within two weeks of your session, and every session booked by November 30 is delivered before Christmas. You get a private online gallery to choose from, and your images download at two sizes: one for printing and a smaller one for your phone.
What should we wear?
Creams, soft neutrals, deep greens and warm reds all sit well against both sets. Avoid large logos and bright white. Diana sends a short guide once you have booked, and she is happy to look at options beforehand.
Can we buy more than ten images?
Yes. Ten edited images are included, and you can add any others you fall for from your gallery. The price per extra image is shown while you choose, so there is never a surprise afterwards.
What if my child will not cooperate?
That is normal and it is budgeted for. Forty minutes is deliberately longer than the twenty most mini sessions run, which leaves room for a meltdown, a snack and a second try. Diana photographs small children every week.
Is it indoors?
Yes, both sets are in the Brandon studio, so the weather makes no difference to your date.
What do I pay now?
A $100 retainer holds your time and comes off the session fee. The balance is due on the day.
